Online Study Sphere is a paid online tutoring service provider and all the payments done by the users are subject to the subscription plan they have purchased. The payments made by the users through credit cards, debit cards, MasterCard, net banking, online bank transfers, etc are processed through a payment gateway. Users and their issuing bank establish and follow the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Online Study Sphere is not responsible for any fraudulence of payment. 

No-Refund Policy 

Once the user accepts the terms and conditions and pays for the services, Online Study Sphere does not initiate any refund under any circumstances. This no-refund policy applies to all users without exception. We believe that this helps us to ensure fairness in our services. 

Non-Transferable

At Online Study Sphere all the services you pay for are especially made for you. Therefore, they can not be transferred to another person or account. Also, once you have paid for our services we don’t allow you to exchange for other services or products. We believe that this allows us to maintain the quality of our services and personal focus on each user. 

Cancellation Policy 

Before canceling your subscription play, we request you to carefully read and understand the cancellation policy of Online Study Sphere: 

• At Online Study Sphere, Cancellation is only possible after raising a concern/query with us.  
• After canceling your subscription, we are not obliged to give you any refund. 
• After receiving the request to cancel your subscription plan, we will give you 7 days to review your decision. In these 7 days, you can cancel your request to terminate your services. 
• After 7 days you will not be able to cancel your request to terminate your subscription plan.
